Au cours des prochaines semaines, la Cour d’appel des Philippines devra décider si le cerveau présumé du massacre d’Ampatuan de novembre 2009, Zaldy Ampatuan, doit être retiré de la liste des suspects. Les groupes de défense des médias des Philippines, dont le CMFR, qui est membre de l’IFEX, invitent toutes les personnes et organisations concernées à faire parvenir une lettre à la Cour d’appel à la veille de l’annonce de la décision.
